HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE FOR RETURNS? 

You have a 30-day right to cancel when you shop on the website. This right to cancel starts from the date on which you receive the item(s). If this deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline will be extended to the following working day. Please note that it is not possible to return items with print.

Please also note we have extended returns until 31.01.23 

 

HOW AND WHERE TO RETURN?

Remember to state your name, address, and order number on the return package as the sender information when you return an item.
You are solely responsible for the return of your package and will have to pay for shipping costs yourself. We will be unable to track your return. For this reason, we encourage you to obtain and keep a receipt for the return of your package.

WISH TO RETURN ONE OR MORE ITEMS?

 

Proceed as follows:

  1. Prepare the package
    Pack the item(s) carefully and write the above address on the parcel. Make sure it is clearly visible. Please note: If you have several orders to return, these should be sent separately as refunds cannot be combined.

  2. Return your package
    Drop off the package at the nearest postal office and send it to the above Dropservice address. You will have to pay postage for this parcel yourself. Remember to obtain and keep a receipt for the return of the parcel.

Please note: Once received, the articles may only be handled in such a way as to allow the nature, features, and function of such articles to be demonstrated. Among other things, this means that hangtags on clothing must not be removed.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return has been registered in our warehouse, we will process your return and refund your money as quickly as possible. Please note that it can take up to 14 days from the time we receive your package until your money is refunded to your account.
The refunded amount will always be transferred to the same payment card used for the purchase. You will receive an email as soon as your return has been processed. How long it takes for your account to be credited depends on your bank and what payment method you used when ordering.

 

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM INSTEAD OF GETTING A REFUND?

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange your return for other products. However, you can return your order, and we will refund your purchase, so you can make a new order.
